STEP 5:  DESIGN PREVIEW

    Within 2 weeks of our Phone Call, you will receive a Design Preview via email. 

    The Design Preview will include a range of specific furnishings and decor that we

    are considering for your design.  Once you have had a few days to review the

    Design Preview, we will schedule another phone call (approximately 30 minutes)

    to discuss your likes and dislikes  from the preview board.  The purpose of the

    Design Preview is to make sure that you are happy with the direction your room

    design is headed and to prevent miscommunication and unwelcome surprises.


STEP 6:  RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETED DESIGN BOX IN THE MAIL!

    Approximately 3 weeks after the Design Preview phone call, you will receive your        

    completed Design Box in the mail, with all the drawings, images, and instructions

    you need to bring the design to life in your home.

STEP 1:  FREE CONSULTATION

    Begin by downloading The Questionnaire.  Answer all of the questions and

    then send it back to us.  Also send us a few photos of the room you want us to

    design.  We will respond via email with a brief summary of ideas for your

    space based on your unique style, needs, and architecture.

STEP 2:  MOOD BOARD  (click here to see a sample)

    If you like what you hear in the free consultation email, purchase a

    personalized Mood Board for $100.  The Mood Board paints a clearer picture

    of the ideas first mentioned in the consultation and allows you to see the

    color palette, furnishings, and overall design scheme we envision for your

    space.  If you decide to purchase a package, the $100 mood board fee will be    

    deducted from your package price.


STEP 3:  PURCHASE YOUR E-DESIGN PACKAGE

    If you are convinced that we have captured the feel you want for your room

    with our consultation and Mood Board, purchase the complete e-design

    package for your room.  At this time we will need payment in full (minus the

    $100 fee already deposited for the Mood Board), a signed Service Agreement,

    detailed room measurements, and photos of your room and all furnishings you

    wish to reuse in the new design.  We will provide detailed instructions on how

    to take accurate measurements and photos of your space.


STEP 4:  PHONE CALL

    Within one week of receiving your payment, agreement, measurements, and    

    photos, we will schedule a one-hour phone meeting to discuss ideas, ask

    questions about your room or your style preferences, review details you liked    

    and disliked in the consultation and Mood Board, and answer any remaining

    questions.
